Mozilla Corporationは、同社のWebブラウザ「Firefox」をアップデート、iOS向け最新バージョン「Firefox ウェブブラウザー 102.2」をリリースしました。

今回のバージョンアップでは、iOSホームページから履歴アイテムを削除できるようになったり、検索バーでクエリを開始するときに上位の検索ハイライトを表示することが出来るようになるなどの新機能が追加になりました。

Welcome to a new version of Firefox for iOS (version 102). This release comes with the following improvements and features:
– Remove items from Recently Visited on your iOS homepage: You can now remove history items from your iOS homepage. Long press an item and tap the ‘Remove’ icon to remove the specific page and all of its related metadata from your history.
– View top search highlights when starting a query in the search bar (experiment): When you tap on the search bar and start typing, you may see the top three history highlights that are related to your search query.
– The Inactive Tabs section will now open as expected if the last non-private tab becomes inactive.
